COVID-19 Update: A message to our MaxxiBox™ family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Processing times are not delayed, and we are still able to fulfill in only 1 or 2 days. However, the shipping times have been impacted a lot due to COVID-19 at the moment. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
You can cancel an unfulfilled order (within 24 hours) for a full refund. You cannot cancel an order that has been fulfilled.

We are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment centers to work within social distancing guidelines to keep our team members safe.

What does this mean for you?

  • Shipping times will be delayed. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • Your order will arrive but will take longer than usual. The orders are still insured in transit even during COVID-19.
  • If you placed your order before the 1st of June, your order could take up to 50 days to arrive.
  • However, if you placed your order after the 1st of June, it will take 12-25 days to arrive.
