In the box, you will find your MaxxiBox and the limited edition thermal bag (if you opted for one).

The MaxxiBox has up to three compartments. The most popular, three-tiered version comes with two smaller and one larger compartment, and the two-tiered version comes with one small and one large compartment. Each compartment is covered with a small plate that can also be used to store dry food.

The MaxxiBox is not a thermos! It won't keep your food hot for days, and it's designed to keep your food warm for up to 4 hours. People have reported different times, and that has to do with the food you are carrying and the environment around you.

The MaxxiBox has double-wall insulation, which gives it it's thermal properties and also protects your food in case you ever drop your lunch box.

We have dropped the MaxxiBox full of food and soup multiple times to test its durability. Most of the time, the MaxxiBox survives unharmed, but that will depend on the surface it's dropped on and the speed of impact. Please, keep in mind that while it's designed to withstand a couple of accidental drops, it's not a tank, and sooner or later, it will break. If you break your MaxxiBox, it will not be covered by a warranty.

Yes, the MaxxiBox has been tested with boiling water as well as ice, and it doesn't affect the MaxxiBox in any harmful way. You can put anything you want inside the MaxxiBox.

The MaxxiBox is not hard to open, but the seal is tight in order to prevent anything spilling in your bag.

The MaxxiBox may be refrigerated. However, due to the double-wall design of the MaxxiBox, it's unlikely to cool its contents effectively. Do not put your MaxxiBox in the freezer, microwave, or dishwasher.

Yes, you can take the MaxxiBox in the plane but keep in mind that you cannot bring more than 100ml/3.4Oz of liquid on a plane due to international regulations.

Yes, if you are ever left without a cup, you can use one of the compartments of the MaxxiBox as a little cup for tea or coffee.

As long as what you are putting inside is food or liquid (up to the boiling point), the MaxxiBox will be fine. Please, do not put lava in the MaxxiBox.

No, please do not use the MaxxiBox as a cooking pot as it will melt!

Product Care

It's best to wash the MaxxiBox in the sink using cold or hot water. The MaxxiBox should not be put in the dishwasher.

It's best to wash the Limited Edition Bag in the sink using cold or hot water. We don't recommend putting it in the washing machine as it may deform the bag.

Our renewed warranty protects all orders of the MaxxiBox starting from the 1st of September 2020. MaxxiBox offers a 1-year limited warranty on all MaxxiBoxes purchased from www.maxxibox.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the lunch box.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The shipping cost is calculated using something called dimensional weight. Dimensional weight, also known as volumetric weight, is a pricing technique for commercial freight transport, which uses an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of a package.

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused MaxxiBox product* in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to hello@maxxibox.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process. You will have to ship it back to one of the addresses provided by the Customer Experience team. Limited Edition/Gift Sets/Promotional items: "As is," "Flash Sale," and "Final Sale" items are non-refundable. *If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. At that moment, MaxxiBox will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Some of the orders will come equipped with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel. This depends on your geographical location. If you are eligible for a tracking number, it will be included in one of the emails that you will receive after placing your order for free.

The Other Stuff

Before September 1st 2020 The MaxxiBox Company has been experiencing occasional delays in shipping associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our shipping carrier was severely impacted, and that led to some of the packages being delivered late. We have since changed our shipping infrastructure and partners and are able to reliably ship packages to all our destinates in on average 7-14 business days. All customers that have been impacted by the previous delays have been taken care of. In cases where the packages took excessively long to arrive, customers were refunded. MaxxiBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered by our shipping carriers. Upon inquiry, MaxxiBox will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Depending on the location settings for your browser, you may be viewing the incorrect version of our site, which will prevent you from checking out. This can be updated by selecting the correct shipping location at the bottom of the page. We do offer limited international shipping. Please check that you are in an eligible shipping location in the list above.

MaxxiBox is not responsible for any delays associated with the COVID pandemic. Some countries' custom clearances are taking longer than usual, and that is not something that we can control.
